Free Shipping: On orders over $55.

Standard Shipping: $6.50 for orders under $55.

Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $10 to all Australian addresses.

We partner with Australia Post for shipping. You can check out their delivery times through the Australia Post App.

Orders ship from Sydney, NSW.

All parcels are sent as Authority to Leave, so no signature is required (yay, no missed deliveries!).

Redelivery Fee: A $10 fee applies if your order is returned due to:

An incorrect address entered at checkout, and the order bounces back to us.

The parcel is not collected from the post office or courier depot, and it comes back to us.

International shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

Standard Service (Australia Post)

• Tracked (not insured), ships via Australia Post and your local mail carrier.
• Cost: $16 (expect 5+ business days for delivery).
• Note: Desert Rose is not liable for delays. If a package is lost, the customer is responsible for redelivery fees.

Orders sent outside Australia may incur additional taxes or customs fees upon arrival. Please check your local import fees before placing your order.
