"I love all the skin benefit ingredients to this, but i would love it more if it didn't have chemical filters in. I didn't realise when i bought it as got sold on the other ingredients! It did give me a bit of a "sting" once applied, but not bad enough for me not to use it. I use it as a primer for my other spf make up, which are all "clean" and I will use it up - but I won't buy again as my focus is on using non chemical based sun screen products are there are some fantastic ones out there - please please look at producing one and I'll be back! :)"

"Purchased Desert Rose in 2025 about a month before traveling to Africa. My skin didn’t break out or react to it (which it often does to sunscreens) so it was packed in my suitcase for Africa. Desert Rose SPF protected my face whilst on safari in Kruger National Park and whilst traveling in Egypt. It was easy to apply, provided amazing coverage, smelt amazing, didn’t look like sunscreen when applied, and provided a beautiful glow to my face and neck. I simply love it!!"

"I love the product, but not the bottle. I use this not only on my face, but as a body lotion on the exposed parts of my body: arms, shoulders and legs. For this reason, the dispenser thingy is fiddly, and doesn't give me enough serum the first time. I would certainly buy this product if it was in a tube, that would dispense the serum more easily."
